§ 94.27 CLEARING OF LITTER FROM OPEN PRIVATE PROPERTY BY CITY.
   The procedure for the removal of litter from private premises and the charging of expense thereof as a lien upon the property to be collected as other taxes by the city shall be in accordance with state statutes. The City Commission shall be responsible for the implementation of this enforcement program.
