§ 33.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 33.001 through 33.009 shall be fined not less than $15 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates a binding element, as regulated in §§ 33.020 through 33.027, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 and shall comply with all remedial orders as may be issued by the Planning Commission. Each day during which the binding element violation exists after the period granted by § 33.023 to remedy the violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
