(A) The flag shown as reproduced below is hereby adopted as the official flag of the city.
(B) (1) The City Historic Museum is hereby granted the permission and license to use the official city flag as its logo on letterhead, business cards, postcards, wearable items and any fliers or brochures, which right, permission, privilege or license is revocable for cause or without any cause by the City Commission at any time.
(2) The use of the logo by the City Historic Museum shall not imply any association of the Museum with the city, each being a separate entity.
(3) The use of the official city flag by the City Historic Museum shall be in accordance with division (B)(1) above, and used in good taste at all times.
