§ 95.26 PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person in any parking lot shall engage in loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting, profane or indecent language, or engage in any disorderly conduct or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace.
   (B)   No person shall dress or undress in any parking lot or in any vehicle which is in any parking lot.
   (C)   No person shall sound the horn in any motor vehicle on a parking lot, race the motor of any such vehicle, otherwise operate the same so as to cause unnecessary noise and disturbance of the public peace.
