§ 130.03 CONSUMPTION ON STREETS, PARKING LOTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage, or to have in his or her possession any open container thereof, at any time, upon any public street, sidewalk, or parking lot. A parking lot shall include private commercial property upon which the public is invited and which is not licensed under R.I. Gen. Laws, Title 3, Chapter 7.
