Sec. 1003. Conflicts of interest.

No official of the town, elected or appointed, shall utilize his or her position to forward, directly or indirectly, his or her personal benefit. In case of personal interest in a proposition before him or her as a town official, he or she shall notify in writing the town administrator of the fact and nature of this personal interest. (Amended, November 4, 2008.)
