Within a C Conservation District, development of land along streams, in areas of extreme topographic change and in excessively eroded areas is to be discouraged. The use of such land for recreation and other open land usage shall be permitted. Structures shall not be permitted within C Conservation Districts. Land shall be used for one or more of the uses indicated in the following table:

Forestry Public
Service facilities
Essential services
Agriculture
CONDITIONAL USES REQUIRING BOARD APPROVAL
Oil and gas wells
Mineral, sand and gravel extraction.
