Oil and gas wells and natural underground storage areas will be permitted in any district provided any structure or equipment constructed in connection therewith shall be located a minimum of 200 feet from any other lot in any district. The site shall be maintained in good condition and structures shall harmonize, insofar as possible, with the character of the structures in the district in which it is located.
