The minimum lot frontage, lot area and yard dimensions established in Section 1137.01, shall not apply to industrial buildings or uses existing at the effective date of this section (Ordinance 871A, passed December 13, 1965), or to additions or expansions thereto, but in no case shall any addition or expansion be permitted closer to any lot line than the least setback established for a use at the effective date of this section.
