(a) Prohibited Parking. No person shall park or cause any vehicle to be parked at anytime on any of the following streets, or portion thereof, unless otherwise provided in this chapter:
(1) On the north side of Button Street from North State Avenue to Thompson Avenue.
(2) On the south side of Pierce Street from North State Avenue to Thompson Avenue.
(3) On the north side of Pierce Street from the east corner of the Nursing Home to North State Avenue.
(4) On the east side of Thompson Avenue from East High Street north to the Village limits.
(5) On the east side of South Thompson Avenue from East High Street south to Johnson Street.
(6) On the south side of Johnson Street to South State Avenue.
(7) On both the north side and south side of Grove Street from South State Avenue to Lake Avenue.
(8) On either side of Lake Avenue.
(9) On the north side of Edgewood Drive from Lake Avenue to Southwest Village limits.
(10) On the north side of Kenwood Drive from South State Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac.
(11) On either side of the length of Mill Street.
(12) On the east and south side of Valplast Street from South State Avenue to the end of the street dedication.
(13) On the west side of Maple Street from Oakdale Street south to Elmwood Street.
(14) On the west side of Cedarwood Court from Oakdale Street north to the Dead End.
(15) On the south side of Oakdale Street east to Maple Avenue.
(16) On the west and north side of Elmwood Street from West High Street to Maple Avenue.
(17) On the east side of Springdale Avenue from West High Street to Tare Creek Parkway.
(18) On the east side of Orchard Avenue.
(19) On the east side of Standish Avenue from West High Street to Orchard Avenue.
(20) On either side of Sperry Lane from South State Avenue west to Lake Avenue.
(21) On the east side of Linda Avenue from Sperry Lane north to West High Street.
(22) On the west side of Hillcrest Avenue from East High Street north to the cul- de-sac.
(23) On either side of East High Street from Thompson Avenue east to the Village limits.
(24) On the north side of East High Street from Thompson Avenue West to Route 608, except for six parking spaces which are located adjacent to the properties known as 15982 through 16000 East High Street, subject to the provisions in Section 305.05(c).
(25) On the south side of East High Street from Thompson Avenue West to Route 608, except for the four parking spaces which are located adjacent to the properties known as 16003 through 16013 East High Street, subject to the provisions in Section 305.05(c).
(26) On the south side of West High Street from the intersection of Routes 608 and 87 west to the Village limits.
(27) On the north side of West High Street from 15894 West High Street to the Village limits.
(28) On the west side of South State Avenue from the intersection of State Routes 87 and 608 to the Village limits.
(29) On the east side of South State Avenue from the intersection of Routes 608 and 87 south to the middle of Sperry Lane.
(30) On the east side of South State Avenue from the tree lawn area north of Johnson Street south to the Village limits.
(31) On the east side of North State Avenue from the intersection of Routes 608 and 87 north to the north property line of the municipal parking lot.
(32) On the east side of North State Avenue from Button Street north to the Village limits.
(33) On the west side of North State Avenue from the intersection of Routes 608 and 87 north to the Village limits.
(34) On the west side of Ridgewood Drive from Sperry Lane to Grove Street.
(35) On the north side of Johnson Street from South State Avenue to a point 85 feet east of such intersection.
(36) On the north side of Grove Street to a point 145 feet west of such intersection.
(37) On Tare Creek Parkway, from West High Street to North State Avenue.
(b) Restricted Parking. No person (other than a physician on emergency call) shall park, or cause any vehicle (except an emergency vehicle) to be parked on any of the following streets, or portions thereof, at the following times:
(1) On the south side of Button Street from North State Avenue to Thompson Avenue during school days between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
(2) On the north side of Pierce Street from the east corner of the Nursing Home east to Thompson Avenue during school days between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
(3) On the west side of Thompson Avenue from East High Street north to the Village limits at any time except a Saturday or a Sunday.
(4) On the west side of Thompson Avenue from East High Street south to Johnson Street on Mondays through Fridays.
(5) On the north side of Johnson Street to South State Avenue on Mondays through Fridays.
(6) On Glen Valley Drive, on any day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(7) On Lantern Court, on any day between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(8) On the south side of East High Street in front of 15993 East High St. from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
(c) One Hour Parking. No person (other than a physician on emergency call) shall park, or cause any vehicle (except an emergency vehicle) to be parked for more than one hour on any of the following streets, or portions thereof, at the following times:
(1) The designated parking spaces on the north side of East High Street shall be limited to one hour from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
(2) The designated parking spaces on the south side of East High Street shall be limited to one hour from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
(d) Fire Hydrants. No person shall park, or cause any vehicle (except an emergency vehicle) to be parked, on the hydrant side of the following streets or portions thereof:
(1) Glen Valley Drive.
(2) Weathervane Drive.
(3) North Meadow Wood Drive.
(4) Brian Court.
(5) Lantern Court.
(6) Woodsong Drive.
(7) Timber Ridge Drive.
(8) Saw Grass Lane.
(9) Royal Oak Drive.
(e) Intersections. No person shall park or cause any vehicle to be parked at any time within seventy (70) feet of any intersection. For purposes of this section, “intersection” shall mean a junction where two (2) or more roads converge, diverge, meet or cross at the same level or height.
