(a) Under-Speed Vehicles and Utility Vehicles are prohibited from operating on Village streets.
(b) Subject to subsections (1) and (2) of this subsection (b), Low-Speed Vehicles shall be permitted to operate on Village streets having an established speed limit of 35 miles per hour or less. However,
(1) No Low-Speed Vehicle shall be permitted to operate on East High Street/West High Street (collectively, State Route 87) or North State Road/South State Road (collectively "State Route 608"), and
(2) The prohibition of Section 377.02 does not prohibit the driver of a Low-Speed Vehicle from simply crossing an intersection where the speed limit is greater than 35 miles per hour.
(c) Low-Speed Vehicles shall be permitted to operate in the buggy lanes of Tare Creek Parkway, but shall not operate in the main driving lanes of Tare Creek Parkway at any time, except for crossing an intersection thereof.
