(a) Whoever violates Section 945.95(a), for each offense, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Whoever violates Section 945.95(b), for each offense, shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both, and shall be ordered to make restitution.
(c) All such fines shall be paid into the Village Treasury and credited to the Cemetery Fund.
