The Streets Committee shall adopt rules, regulations and policies for the Cemetery. Upon adoption of such rules, regulations and policies, the Streets Committee shall provide notice to Council, which shall have the authority to change any rule, regulation or policy it deems inappropriate. The rules, regulations and policies shall provide general regulation for the Cemetery, and such other requirements the Village deems necessary.
