(a) In the Police Department, the charges for production of public records, including police accident reports, police offense reports, witness statements and all other records shall be those charges authorized by Section 133.04.
(b) No photo enlargements will be done for any purposes other than investigative purposes.
(c) All payment for any of the above services shall be made in advance.
