(a) There is hereby levied and charged upon each lot, parcel of land or premises to which sewer service is being provided through the Wastewater Treatment Plant, (including customers of the sanitary sewer facility, who are not also customers of the Municipal water system), charges payable as herein provided.
(b) The minimum sewer rate per month for 2,000 gallons or quarter for 6,000 gallons or less of water usage shall be as follows:

(c) In each month, for each 100 gallons or part thereof in excess of 2,000 gallons of water usage, an additional charge shall be levied on residential uses as follows:

(e) In each quarter, for each 1,000 gallons or part thereof in excess of 6,000 gallons

(f) Senior citizen shall be entitled to a rate of $17.32 which is a reduction of the residential rates provided by Section 907.04(b). This discount applies only to charges levied for sewer usage based upon the first 2,000 gallons of water consumed and shall not apply to the charges levied for water consumed in excess of 2,000 gallons.
