902.01 UTILITIES COMMITTEE.

The Utilities Committee, shall be constituted pursuant to and shall have the duties conferred by Section 121.06(a)(4). The Village Administrator, the Director of Streets and Utilities and the Village Engineer shall sit on the Utilities Committee as non-voting members.
