719.09 NOTICE TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS.
   (a)   At least fifteen days before the initiation of blasting, the Blaster shall notify, in writing, all residents or owners of dwellings or other structures located within 1,000 feet of the permit area regarding the date(s), time(s) and purpose(s) of the blasting. Such notice shall also include any proposed rain dates.
 
   (b)   At least seven days before the initiation of blasting, the Blaster shall cause notice of the date, time and purpose of blasting to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village. Such notice shall include any proposed rain dates.
 
   (c)   In granting the blasting permit, the Village may require the Blaster to provide such other additional notice as the Village shall deem advisable.
 
   (d)   At least five (5) days before the initiation of blasting, the Blaster shall file with the Village a list of all names and addresses of person to whom the Blaster has sent the written notice required by Section 719.09(a) and a copy of the newspaper notice required by Section 719.09(b).
 
   (e)   In addition to other remedies provided by this chapter, failure of the Blaster to comply with the notice provisions provided herein shall be grounds for immediate revocation of the blasting permit.
