(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who is found to have violated any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.21 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25, nor more than $100 for the first offense. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.21 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500 for each second or subsequent offense. Each day’s failure to comply with any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.21 may constitute a separate offense.
