(A) The position of Sexton is hereby reconfirmed and re-established for Grace Lawn Cemetery with such powers and duties as are established from time to time by ordinance, resolution, or policy adopted by the Town Council.
(B) The Grace Lawn Cemetery Sexton shall hereinafter be an ex officio position of the Superintendent of Public Works for the town. The Superintendent of Public Works for the town as appointed by the Town Council shall serve as the Grace Lawn Cemetery Sexton for so long but only as long as he or she holds the position of Superintendent of Public Works for the town.
