1422.03 APPEALS.

Appeals made pursuant to Section 112 of the 2013 Residential Code of Ohio, as adopted in Section 1422.01, shall be made to the Board of Appeals administered by Montgomery County, Ohio, in accordance with the procedures established by Montgomery County.
