EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 3710, passed September 17, 1985, authorized an agreement with the City of Dayton, Ohio, for the Dayton Board of Building Appeals to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders pertaining to the enforcement of the Ohio Building Code, such agreement being attached to the original of Ordinance 3710.
