1420.99 PENALTY; EQUITABLE REMEDIES.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, including any provision of the OBC adopted in Section 1420.01, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
   (b)   The application of the penalty provided in division (a) of this section shall not be deemed to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions, or the application of any other equitable remedy, including abatement of the nuisance referred to in Section 1420.05(f).
