1026.03 AMENDING PROCEDURE.

Council, by a two-thirds vote, may amend the procedure for providing for the issuing of house numbers or other numbering of locations within the City when, in its discretion, it finds it in the best interests of the City to adopt different numbers than those provided for in Section 1026.01.
