All dwellings and buildings in the City shall be numbered according to the following provisions. All streets crossing or terminating at Central Avenue shall be numbered north and south of Central Avenue. All streets terminating north and south of Central Avenue shall be numbered by beginning at the termination nearest Central Avenue and numbering north and south accordingly. All streets crossing or terminating at Main Street shall be numbered east and west of Main Street. All streets terminating east and west of Main Street shall be numbered by beginning at the termination nearest Main Street and numbering east and west accordingly.
Even numbers shall be assigned to the east and south sides of the streets and odd numbers to the west and north sides of the streets.
