The Service Director shall notify any owner or occupant to trim trees so as to comply with the provisions of Section 1024.05. If such owner or occupant refuses or neglects to trim such trees within ten days after receiving such notice, the Director shall cause such trees to be trimmed so as to comply with the provisions of Section 1024.05. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1024.99.
