(A) To the extent permitted by Florida law, there is hereby assessed an additional court cost of $2 against any person, firm, corporation or organization for violation of municipal ordinances, excepting motor vehicle parking violations, for law enforcement educational expenditures of police officers of the city.
(B) There is hereby assessed a court cost of $2 from every bond entreated or forfeited bail bond for the violation of municipal ordinance, excepting motor vehicle parking violations, for law enforcement educational expenditures for police officers of the city.
(C) The assessment of courts costs as provided in divisions (A) and (B) above is in addition to the mandatory assessment of a like sum provided by F.S. § 943.25(3).
