A provision is hereby established allowing for the collection of mooring fees at the city-owned Canal Park. The amount of such mooring fees, their applicability, and associated details may be set by a resolution of the City Council and may be amended, from time to time, by resolution. These fees are to be placed in the canal reserve account and dedicated for park maintenance.
