The City Administrator will have direct supervision and control of police, fire and the Emergency Services Unit. The Chief of Police, Fire Chief and Emergency Services Unit (ESU) Coordinator shall supervise and have direct control of all employees, reserves, on-call personnel and volunteers in their respective divisions to assure the proper functioning and carrying out of the purpose(s) of the three divisions, as well as other duties assigned to the division heads by ordinance, resolution or at the direction of the City Administrator.
