§ 31.20 CLERKS, INSPECTORS, DEPUTY; APPOINTMENT AND COMPENSATION.
   The City Clerk shall make all necessary arrangements for holding regular city elections. Two inspectors, one clerk of election and one deputy shall be appointed by the City Clerk. During the hours in which the polls are open, only the previously referenced election workers will be allowed to remain at all times. Compensation to be paid to said inspectors, clerk and deputy will be the same as other county election workers performing the same duties. These election workers to be paid from the General Fund of the city.
