Let it hereby be known that the City of Mexico Beach, Bay County, Florida, was created by an act of the State of Florida legislature on June 22, 1967, House Bill #3012 and amended on 1-7-85; and hereafter in this Charter all references to “City” said “City” shall mean and be taken and held to mean, and refer to, the City of Mexico Beach, Florida.
