(A) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or amendments thereto; who shall fail, neglect or refuse to comply with order or notice or in pursuance and by authority of this chapter shall be subject to the loss of their property and has committed a civil infraction punishable as provided by the City Code.
(B) The penalty for violating § 97.02 shall be a fine of $50.
