The Proportionate Fair-Share Program does not apply to a multi-use development of regional impact (DRI) using proportionate fair share under F.S. § 163.3180(12), or to developments exempted from concurrency as provided in the Comprehensive Plan, in Section 2006 of these regulations, and/or pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 163.3180, governing de minimis impacts. Also excluded are transportation improvements required for public safety, onsite roadway improvements or off-site improvements otherwise required by these regulations for non-deficient roadway segments.
