(A) The city shall make available suitable land for the building and expansion of service facilities, and shall require the future land uses to be assured of adequate infrastructure and services.
(B) The city shall conduct an ongoing review and analysis of the infrastructure and services to meet the needs of future land uses adopted in the City Comprehensive Plan.
(C) Development shall be required to provide such lands by dedication where appropriate.
