§ 30.26 STRATEGIES TO RECTIFY LACK OF TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY.
   Should a development not pass the above traffic concurrency evaluation, one or all of the strategies below may be used to rectify this:
   (A)   An enforceable development agreement between the city and the developer, which may include, but is not limited to, development agreements pursuant to F.S. § 163.3220;
   (B)   A reduction in the scale or impact of the proposed development;
   (C)   Phasing of the proposed development; and/or
   (D)   Proportionate share contributions pursuant to §§ 30.45 through 30.54.
