§ 30.24 EXPIRATION OF CERTIFICATE OF TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY.
A certificate of traffic concurrency shall automatically expire simultaneously with the expiration of the development order to which it applies. In the event that the development order does not have a specified expiration date, the certificate of traffic concurrency shall expire six months after the date of issuance of the development order. In the event that a time extension is granted prior to the expiration of the development order, then the accompanying certificate of traffic concurrency shall be automatically renewed for the duration of the extension given to the accompanying development order. Should the extension exceed one year from the date of issuance of the initial development order, a new concurrency review shall be performed.
