§ 30.16 CERTIFICATE OF TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY REQUIRED.

Compare to:

(A) A certificate of traffic concurrency shall be required in conjunction with the issuance of any development order.

(B) No development order or permit shall be issued in a manner that will result in a reduction below the adopted levels of service found in the City Comprehensive Plan unless adequate mitigation is provided.
