After filing the assessment roll in the office of the assessment coordinator, as required by § 36.13(B) hereof, the assessment coordinator shall publish once in a newspaper of general circulation within the assessment area a notice stating that at a meeting of the Commission on a certain day and hour, not earlier than 20 calendar days from such publication, which meeting shall be a regular, adjourned or special meeting, the Commission will hear objections of all interested persons to the final assessment resolution and approval of the assessment roll. The published notice shall conform to the requirements set forth in the Uniform Assessment Collection Act.
