§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.040 through 151.093 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment not exceeding 60 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
