§ 130.01 MISDEMEANORS UNDER STATE LAW ADOPTED AS MUNICIPAL OFFENSES.

Compare to:

(A) All offenses under the laws of the state which are classified as misdemeanors are hereby adopted by reference and made a municipal offense against the ordinances of the city.

(B) Persons, firms or corporations found guilty of violating any of the several misdemeanors shall be punished as provided by law.
