§ 111.05 ALLOWABLE PEDDLING LOCATIONS.

(A) Peddling is allowed in two specific zoning categories: General Commercial and Tourist Commercial. The peddler must coordinate and obtain written permission from an existing or established business owner located in the zoning categories previously mentioned.

(B) Peddling from vacant property is not allowed. Any peddling which is proposed from a location on the beach also requires City Council approval.
