Intent. It is the intent of this section to allow this Charter to be updated and amended should there occur changes in the law governing this Charter and the operation of this City. Then the City Council may, by ordinance, adopt, and codify such changes and include such changes in this Charter without referendum or vote of the electorate of this City.
