§ 90.04 BREAKING INTO ANIMAL SHELTER.

No person shall break open or assist in the breaking open of any fences, gates, fastenings or enclosure of the animal shelter or impounding vehicles and no unauthorized person shall remove of let loose any animal from the shelter or impounding vehicles.
