(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Every such prohibited sign, signal or marking, in violation of § 70.08 is hereby declared to be a public nuisance, punishable by a civil infraction of $10, and the Chief of Police, is hereby empowered to remove the same or cause it to be removed without notice.
(C) Violation of § 70.09 shall be a civil infraction of $25.
