§ 70.07 FORM OF TRAFFIC TICKET AND COMPLAINT.

The Chief of Police, is hereby authorized to use a traffic ticket and complaint for use by the Police Department in connection with traffic offenses committed within the city limits, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
