§ 34.15 AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the specified authority of § 6(f), Article VII of the Florida Constitution, and F.S. § 196.075, and the city’s broad home rules powers granted by F.S. Chapter 166, and the city’s Charter.
