(A) Per F.S. §§ 202.10 et seq., the Communications Services Tax Simplification Law, there is hereby levied in the city a communication services tax equal to the rate provided by state law on all communication services. This section eliminates all other telecommunications services taxes and franchise fees and repeals those sections of Ord. 213 that relate to telecommunications services taxes.
(B) In lieu of permit fees, the city elects to impose the permit add-on of point 0.12% on all communications services.
