SECTION 18.601.  PENALTIES FOR MISDEMEANOR.
   A.   It is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any of the provisions of this Chapter unless such violation is by this Chapter or other law of the State of Illinois declared to be a felony.
   B.   It is a misdemeanor for any person to fail to heed or otherwise ignore any suspension issued by the Local Liquor Control Commissioner or his agent.
   C.   Every person convicted of a misdemeanor for a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine as set forth in Chapter 2, Village Government, Article X, Tax, Fee, Fine and Penalty Schedules, Section 2.1003, Fine and Penalty Schedule, for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Every act or omission of whatsoever nature constituting a violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, by any officer, director, manager or other agent or employee of any licensee, shall be deemed and held to be the act of such employer or licensee, and said employer or licensee shall be punishable in the same manner as if said act or omission had been done by him personally.
   D.   Any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) who presents or offers to any licensee, his agent or employee, any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age and identity which is false, fraudulent, or not actually his own for the purpose of ordering, purchasing, attempting to purchase, or otherwise procuring or attempting to procure the serving of any alcoholic beverage, or who has in his possession any false or fraudulent written, printed, or photostatic evidence of age and identity, upon conviction thereof by a court of law shall be fined as set forth in Chapter 2, Village Government, Article X, Tax, Fee, Fine and Penalty Schedules, Section 2.1003, Fine and Penalty Schedule.
