A. In the H, Office/Hotel District, the maximum height of a building shall not exceed forty-five feet (45'), exclusive of building appurtenances not exceeding five feet (5') in height.
B. Flagpoles, chimneys and steeples shall be excluded from the regulations contained in this Section 15.1506.
C. FCC licensed radio and/or television towers and/or other transmitting and receiving equipment, including personal wireless telecommunications facilities, provided that no free standing antenna shall exceed a height of 60 feet above graded chimneys; flag poles; and church steeples shall be excluded from the regulations contained in this Section 15.1506.
D. This Section shall not be deemed to conflict in any manner with additional heights allowable under this Chapter, when a given tract of land is improved as a Planned Unit Development.
