A. The following special uses may be permitted within a principal building in the O/R Planned Office/Research District, subject to the provision of Article XI of this Chapter:
1. Banks, savings and loan associations, loan offices, including drive-through or drive-in establishments;
2. Not-for-profit art galleries and museums;
3. Radio and/or television towers and/or other transmitting and receiving equipment, including commercial wireless telecommunications facilities;
4. Travel or car rental service, with space for no more than five (5) automobiles and/or facilities for washing and maintenance of automobiles;
5. Other non-retail office, financial, institutional and research uses not specifically listed elsewhere in this Section, when found to have economic and performance compatibility with established uses on adjoining properties and otherwise meeting the regulations contained in this Chapter.
B. Business and office parks may be permitted as special uses and may include any of the above special uses and other office/research and/or light industrial uses. Light industrial uses may include:
1. Agricultural and contractors' implement sales and services;
2. Bakeries, wholesale or retail;
3. Food processing and packaging plants;
4. Machine shops;
5. Ornamental iron work shops;
6. Woodworking shops; and
7. Provided all industrial activities are accomplished within buildings, other light industrial uses and other business uses compatible with the foregoing, including but not limited to permitted uses contained in Section 15.1402 and other special uses contained in this Section.
C. Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS).
D. Planned Unit Developments containing any of the foregoing special uses and authorized pursuant to Article XVI of this Zoning Ordinance.
E. Medical Cannabis Cultivation Facilities.
F. Medical Cannabis Dispensing Facilities.
