A. The permit fee for the construction and installation of a private irrigation water well and installation of the appurtenant irrigation system shall in the amount set forth in Chapter 2, Village Government, Article X, Tax, Fee, Fine and Penalty Schedules, Section 2.1002, Fee Schedule.
1. This fee shall include the fee for plan review and inspection of the construction.
2. The permit fee for the construction of an irrigation system only shall be in the amount as set forth in Chapter 2, Village Government, Article X, Tax, Fee, Fine and Penalty Schedules, Section 2.1002, Fee Schedule.
B. During such construction and installation, the Building Official and the Village Engineer shall make such inspections as deemed reasonably necessary to protect the health and safety of the residents and property owners of the Village. The Village Engineer and/or Building Official shall have the right to inspect all water pipes, taps, service connections, fittings, wells and their appurtenances, during installation, installed or intended for use with an irrigation system, for the life of the system, for the purpose of insuring a uniform standard of construction and to assure that such irrigation water well and/or irrigation system is not used in violation of this Chapter. Any such inspection shall not relieve the permittee from full responsibility for the conformance of the finished well and/or system with approved plans and specifications and this Municipal Code.
C. All work performed pursuant to such permit shall be done in compliance with said plans and this Municipal Code.
